These terms apply to the use of eliteoemapparel.com and to quotes issued by Elite OEM Apparel, Oued Bou Fekhane, Fes, Morocco. Each production order is also governed by its own written order confirmation, which prevails over these general terms.
1. Website information
Information on this site, including MOQs, lead times and fabric weights, is indicative. Binding figures are those in your written quote or order confirmation.
2. Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and depend on the final approved sample, fabric availability and quantities.
3. Samples and orders
Samples are paid in advance. Bulk production starts after sample approval and receipt of the agreed deposit. Changes requested after approval may affect price and delivery date.
4. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise in writing: 50% deposit at order confirmation and 50% balance before shipping. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
5. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. Shipping terms, costs and duties are set out in each quote. Delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
6. Quality and claims
Goods are produced to the approved sample within normal industry tolerances. Please report any defect in writing, with photos, within 14 days of delivery so we can review and correct it.
7. Designs and intellectual property
You keep all rights to your designs, logos and tech packs, and you confirm you are entitled to use them. We keep your designs confidential and use them only to produce your orders.
8. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes fall under the courts of Fes, Morocco.
