From first message to delivered order.

A typical first order takes 6 to 10 weeks from inquiry to delivery, depending on sampling rounds and quantity. Reorders are faster because the patterns and specs are already approved.

Inquiry & quote

Send your designs, references, quantities, sizes and target date by form, email or WhatsApp. We review feasibility, ask the right questions and send an estimate.

7 to 14 days

Tech pack & sampling

We prepare or review your tech pack, source fabric options and make your first sample. Samples ship to you by express courier.

Your timing

Approval

You check fit, fabric and finish. We make corrections and, when needed, a second sample. Once approved, we confirm the final price, size breakdown and delivery date.

3 to 6 weeks

Production

Fabric is checked and cut, then sewn, decorated and labelled on our lines. You receive progress photos and updates throughout.

QC & delivery

A final audit checks measurements, workmanship, labels and packing. You receive a photo report, pay the balance, and we ship.

A style can usually be split across 2 to 3 colours and a full size run. Lower quantities may be possible for a first order: just ask.

Sample fee

Samples are paid upfront. The sample fee is credited against your first bulk order of that style.

Bulk orders

Payment terms

50% deposit to start production, 50% balance after the final inspection report and before shipping. Bank transfer.

Logistics

Shipping

Express courier or freight to Morocco, Europe and the USA, or hand over to your own forwarder. Duties depend on destination.
